CSBA will CSBA will be running a variety of Basketball camps over the September/October School Holidays with our biggest holidays ever!
Please note: If you have recently been ill with symptoms such as a fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, headache, muscle and joint paint, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, loss of smell or taste senses, loss of appetite or fatigue, or returned from overseas in the last 14 days, we do kindly ask that you do not attend these sessions.
Monday 28th September 2020 (9.30am – 12.30pm) – Rookie Camp
The Rookie Basketball Camp is designed for beginner basketball players aged between 5-9 years old and our Learn to Play participants. This camp will be run by our experienced Learn to Play coaches, and will involve fundamental skills and games, prizes, modified rings and lots of fun.
Tuesday 29th & Wednesday 30th September 2020 (9.30am – 3pm) – Skills and Drills Camp
The perfect camp for basketball players of all levels (aged 8-15 years) involving skills, drills, games, fun, and lots of prizes to be won. All players receive expert coaching and the MVP of the camp will also receive a voucher for Throwback Store.
Thursday 1st October 2020 (10am – 3pm) – Shoot It Camp
The perfect camp for players who are serious about working on their shot. This camp is run by Development Manager Paul Mellett and other experienced CSBA coaches. Some basketball experience is required. For ages 10-16 years old.
Tuesday 6th & Wednesday 7th October 2020 (9.30am – 3pm) – Super Rep Trial Camp
The Sydney Comets will be running a two-day camp in the October holidays to get players ready for the upcoming representative trials. The camp is open to all players (boys and girls) domestic and representative aged 9-16 years.
The camp will focus on individual skill development and team concepts and provide an insight into what is required to be a Comets representative player.
Thursday 8th October 2020 (9.30am – 3pm) – Girls Only Camp
Girls, we want YOU! Open to girls 10-16 years old with basketball experience, this camp is the perfect opportunity for girls to get involved and develop their game run by female staff!
Saturday 10th October 2020 (All Day) – Comets 3x3 Hoopfest!

Hygiene and Safety
CSBA have a strict biosafety hygiene protocol which all participants will be briefed on arrival and we ask that all participants follow. Failure to abide by these guidelines and conditions of entry will result in removal from the camp and sent home. Upon registration, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All CSBA staff are Biosafety trained.
All participants must bring their own basketball, drink bottle and lunch.
All participants must sanitize upon entry, exit and during the camp.
All basketballs must be cleaned prior to and after use during the camp.
These hygiene protocols may change at any time in accordance with the NSW government and Basketball NSW guidelines.

Unfortunately in the Terms and Conditions provided by the Office of Sport, Active Kids Vouchers are only redeemable for an ongoing program i.e. 8 weeks or more. Therefore cannot be used on Holiday Camps.
