Emmanuel Anis was also in good form in the 100m , clocking 10.57 with a slightly stronger following wind of 3.7mps. Conditions were very windy for the 400m runners yesterday however isila Akpup , Emmanuel Wanga , Jonathan Dende and Alphonse igish all ran solid races in the circumstances. Leonie Beu and Isila Apkup both had strong following winds for their 100m races and clocked times of 11.89 (+5.7) and 11.95 (+5.8) respectively
