The Men's East Kent Basketball League currently consists of a single division, where each team entered play one another twice in a home and away fixture.

The Women's East Kent Basketball League currently consists of a single division, where each team entered play one another twice in a home and away fixture.

The Adrian Cook Cup is the main cup competition for the Men. Each round is a straight knockout, where teams strive to progress through to the finals.

The Grove Cup is the Women's round robin cup competition. Each team plays every other team once in a preliminary round, then the top four teams face each other in the final and a 3rd place play-off game.

The Adams Plate is a second chance cup competition, where those knocked out of the Men's Adrian Cook Cup are able to compete for this historic piece of silverware.
