The fantastic Ian Anderson of Active EP has developed a range of exercise programs for the junior teams. We are excited to release Stage 1 of our specialised programs which are focused on maintaining strength and durability to ensure you hit ground running faster and more powerful than anyone else when footy returns. (Parents can join in with the juniors for a great work out!)
