VACANT POSITION - Treasurer
EBA requires a new Treasurer (voluntary) from the 30th of January 2017 to our next AGM in 2017.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the financial supervision of the Club to allow the Committee to provide good governance and be willing to work with the Committee in making decisions on behalf of our members The Treasure is responsible to regularly report on the Club's financial status to both the Committee and the Club members.
The Treasurer specific duties include, but not limited are:
- Provide advice to the Committee in the management of the Club finances.
- Administer all financial affairs of the club.
- Complete quarterly BASS
- Lead the annual budget process and ensure an appropriate annual budget is provided to the Committee for approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all income and expenditure using MYOB
- Monthly financial reports - present at monthly committee meetings
- Bank all monies received
- Pay accounts
- Ensure that all receipts and payments concur with bank deposits and withdrawals
