19+ age group off-season netball development opportunity

Friday mornings (already underway - next session 23rd August)
Time: 6.15am to 7.15am
Held at ASB Sports Centre throughout school term
Just pay ASB Sports Centre’s casual rate as you enter the building
Cost per session: School students: $2, Tertiary students: $2.80 (with ID), Working $3.50.
Join this off-season group session with an emphasis on core, body weight strength, balance, landing, ball handling along with a bit of running for good measure (should you want it).
Led by NWC Emerging Talent Officer Sandra Edge and guided by the NetballSmart philosophy and practice.
Goal posts will be up so shooting practise can be easily incorporated for shooters.
Ideal for Super Club and/or Beko preparation or simply to improve your netball in your own time!
