FREE NetballSmart Prepare for Tournament workshop
Netball Wellington Centre are set to host yet another FREE #NetballSmart coach workshop specifically aimed at helping to best-prepare players for the gruelling task of playing multiple games in one day while doing your best to stay injury free. Especially relevant to for coaches heading off to participate in tournaments such as Lower North Island Secondary Schools in September.

The power warm-up meets the specific needs of a tournament when multiple warm ups are necessary. This workshop combines the NetballSmart Dynamic Warm-Up, the Power Warm-Up and the key elements that are important to keep your players injury free and performing well at a tournament.
