In an effort to help keen netballers gain some time handling the ball and become comfortable with your positional-play prior to the start of the season we'll be running several April holiday clinics held over two days at the ASB Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie.

Clinics may be attended as one-offs or are designed to complement to each other should participants wish to attend multiple sessions...

 

Netball Position-Specific Clinic for Year 7-13
Tuesday 16th April 2019
Defence session - 9.00am to 11.00am
Mid-Court session - 11.30am to 1.30pm
Shooting session - 2.00pm to 4.00pm
Cost: $25 per person
These Position-Specific clinics focus on skills specifically required within your preferred area of the court.

Netball Skills Clinic for Year 5-8
Thursday 18th April 2019
Year 5&6 group - 10.00am to 12.00pm
Year 7&8 group - 1.00pm to 3.00pm
Cost: $25 per person

The Netball Skills clinic is all about getting back into the habit of performing your fundamental netball skills such as ball handling, footwork and movement consistently well.

As we are now looking ahead in preparation for the upcoming winter season, we have set aside two dates in the April Holidays aimed at assisting players who love playing an added boost before the season starts.  It should also leave attendees with ideas for ways to keep practicing skills by themselves in their own time to stay sharp.  Each clinic can be attended as one-off events or complement each other.

Registrations close once spaces are full at which time a waiting list may be established.  We shall disable the ability to select a product however please complete the online registration form and submit regardless (no fees will be processed).  Alternatively just email ndo@netballwellington.co.nz to be placed on the waiting list.

We no longer offer week-long holiday programmes yet instead offer concentrated skills clinics.  We do not have any opportunities for those under Year 7 during the holiday period however will also offer a six week development programme held after school on Wednesdays during Term 2 & 3.  Online registration link can be accessed via our website homepage once available - icon will feature down the right hand side of the page.
