Holiday Program Information
We are running a variety of holiday programs in the June/July 2020 school holidays. The programs will be led by our Director of Basketball Programs, Big V captain and Youth League Coach Manny Hendrix.

We are running 3x3, a Beginners program, programs for Rep players, programs open to all who have at least one year’s basketball experience, and free skills sessions for players registered with our Winter Domestic competition.
3x3 - enter your team!
Form your own team of 3 or 4 players. 3 x 12 minute games. Referee provided. Scorer required.
U12 / U14 for players born 2007 or later.
U16 / U18 for players born 2002 to 2006. Players already 19 years of age unable to play due to COVID regulations.
Times will be allocated once entries have been received.
For those who have played either one year or less of competitive basketball:
Beginners Program (1.5 hours) for participants who have played a year or less of competitive basketall, including no basketball. Come and have fun and get ready to return to basketball. Ball handling skills, footwork, shooting, scrimmage.
For those who have played at least one year of competive basketball:
Shooting Camp (1 hour) Work on your shooting skills and technique
Combination Moves (1 hour) Includes catch & shoot drills, finishing drills, shooting off screens
For those players who have registered in the Winter 2020 season (aged 18 or under):
Domestic Skills (1 hour) Free Sessions: Come and have fun and get ready to return to basketball. Ball handling skills, footwork, shooting, scrimmage. Register in one session only (we may open this up depending on demand).
Number of attendees and length of camps are limited for all programs due to State Government and Basketball Victoria Covid 19 regulations.

- All sessions are one hour duration, except the beginners which is 1.5 hours
- Participants will be able to enter the stadium a maximum of 10 minutes prior to the session
- Under 19 Domestic players can register if not yet turned 19
- Under 21 Rep players can register if not yet turned 19
- Minimum age for camps is 7 years of age.
- Maximum age for camps is 18 years of age due to Covid 19 regulations.
- Participants who are sick, have flu like symptoms or have had close contact with a person who has, or is suspected of having, COVID-19 please do not attend.
- Parents will be able to assist their children ‘check-in’ but will not be permitted to enter the venue.
- Each participant will need to supply their own basketball. All basketballs will be sanitised prior to use.
- Participants must bring a drink bottle to use as all drink fountains are out of use due to Covid 19 regulations.
All prices include the SportsTG fee.

About our Holiday Program Head Coach’s
Manny Hendrix joined our Big V Men's team in 2016. A US college graduate, Manny has played Big V Division 1 and 2 over the last eight years, and was the Big V Division 2 Most Valuable Player in 2015 and 2016 and the Golden Hands Winner in 2017. Manny is captain of our Division 1 Men’s team, coach of the Youth League Division 1 Men's team and the club's Director of Basketball Programs. He has made a huge impact at the Collingwood All Stars and ensures that participants learn new skills and have lots of fun.
