SBL & QBL Home Games This Saturday
Another big weekend for the Brisbane Capitals, with both SBL Men and Women and the QBL Men and Women hosting at NAB Stadium this Saturday, June 6th.
The SBL teams face off against Seahawks GC, Women tip off at 2pm, followed by Men at 4pm.
The QBL then take on Ipswich force for some great basketball with Women at 6pm and Men at 8pm.
Both leagues feature big games. Capitals SBL Women sit 3rd on the ladder (3-0) facing an always competitive Seahawks team (1-2). Brisbane SBL Men place fifth on the ladder (3-1) playing a tough second place Seahawks team (2-0).
Hudor QBL Men sit third on the ladder, facing a 7th place Ipswich team, but will have to work hard to keep up their sold season performance so far.
Capitals Women will “come out against Ipswich with the same attitude as the past few weeks, looking for a win...” said Head Coach Paul O’Brien.
Capitals QBL hosted Northside Wizards last Friday, with the Hudor Brisbane Capitals Men taking the win, but Women narrowly missing out.
