Presentation by the Author of the Mormon Yankees: Giants On and Off the Court
Brisbane Basketball is pleased to announce that Professor Fred Woods, from Brigham Young University (BYU) and the author of Mormon Yankees: Giants On and Off the Court will be telling the story of how Mormon missionaries used basketball to transcend cultural boundaries at NAB Stadium on Saturday 5th May at 7pm. The documentary which is narrated by Hall of Fame Player Andrew Gaze is only 30 minutes long and follows the missionaries during the mid 20th century.
