28 May: Young girl & Young Boy selected in State Squads
Congratulations to Aimee Herriman (Central's U16 Div 1 Girls player) and Joel Foster (Central's U16 Div 1 Boys player) who has been selected as Reserves in this years current U16 SA Metro Girls & Country Boys state sides respectively.
Whilst they haven't been selected in the team to go to the National Championships they will train with their teams up until they go away and if a player is injured there is a good chance of moving into the side. This is excellent preparation for them as they are only a 1st yr U16 players and both has set themselves the goal of making the team next year as a 2nd yr player.
