SA Country Basketball is proud to annouce the release of our Basketball Warm up and Injury Prevention Guide. With the help of SA Sports Medicine Association, we have created an in depth intructional book and three part video series on how to correctly warm up and perform strength biulding and injury prevention exercises related to basketball.
The guide and videos are aimed at providing SA Country Basketball associations with the best available information on how to correctly warm up and prevent injury to their athletes. It uses expert opinions, step-by-step instructions and visual aids to educate, inform and guide.
