Referee Upgrade School
An upgrade school has been conducted by Kilsyth Basketball, Technical Advisor, Sharon Arnold on Feb 25 and March 4, 2012. These B Grade referees review the rules andstudy game management skills at a more advanced standard that the beginner school level with the aim of eventually acieving their Level 1A Basketball Victoria grading.
