AGE GROUP FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON
Please note due to the new child safety regulations we have added the request for a parent within the family to be able to supply a working with children’s check number, if either parent has a current Working with Children Check (WWCC). WBA would appreciate the information being filled in. Please complete WWCC section of the registration form
Any parent that does not have a WWCC can apply for a volunteer card at the local post office (free of charge)
ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE DONE ON MANUAL FORM ONLY – NO ONLINE REGISTRATION.
REGISTRATION OPEN TODAY 06/02/2018 - 25/02/2018
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION – BETWEEN 06/02/2018 & 20/02/2018 – FEES WILL BE $110.00 per player
A LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED BETWEEN 21/02/2018 & 25/02/2018 - ($150.00 PER PLAYER )
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE 5.00PM SUNDAY 25/02/2018.
UNIFORM SHOP WILL BE OPEN (BY APPOINTMENT) for new and existing players - please email admin@warrrandytebasketball.net.auto book a time
