Round 5 and 1 Men's Player of the Week
The men's player of the week for rounds 5 and 1 of the Central ABL is Forestville's Peter Hoban. Hoban was one defensive rebound off a bizarre triple double in points (27), offensive rebounds (10) and defensive rebounds (9), against Sturt.
Other solid performances came from teammate Kane Oakley, who had 27 points and 14 rebounds in the same game, Norwood's David Cooper, who had 36 points and 28 rebounds across two games, and Eastern's Shane Breheny, who had 42 points and 30 rebounds across two games.
