The TAFL AGM followed by a general meeting, will be held on Sunday December 6th, 2015 at 11:00am in the Dennis Condon Room at the West Leagues Club, Philip Street, Tamworth.
Each club has a responsibility to ensure that at least one or more representative/s from their club is present at the AGM.
1. Nomination Form is also attached, seeking nominations for the positions on the TAFL Executive. These positions include;
* President
* Vice-President
* Secretary
* Treasurer
* 2 x General Members
* Sporting Pulse Co-ordinator
* Umpires Co-ordinator
All nominations are due to me by return email, fax (02 8076 3010) or by post (PO Box 362, Armidale 2350) or to be hand delivered, prior to the AGM.
All current positions will be deemed vacant at the commencement of the Annual General Meeting. Forms sent by return email need only to have an electronic signature present.
2. Any submissions to changes to the TAFL By-Laws are due to me in writing by close of business Wednesday 2nd December 2015.
