To ensure that all of our valued players, team officials, score-table and stats officials, referees, volunteers, sponsors, and spectators enjoy their basketball experience the NWBU Inc. has adopted the Basketball Tasmania Code of Conduct and Tolerance Policy.

Bad behavior will not be tolerated in our stadiums during senior and junior rosters and other events sanctioned by the NWBU Inc. We therefore ask that behavior is modified to ensure no person is offended, harassed or intimidated.

We value every person involved in our sport and want to ensure they enjoy basketball at all levels. A code of conduct is available and on display in the foyer at every NWBU Inc. club. We ask that you are familiar with it, and abide by it.

Clubs/Referees will have the right to ask offending persons to leave the vicinity of the court if their behavior is deemed inappropriate. We hope that everyone will display good sportsmanship and that such a request will not be required.
