There have been 3 Nominations received - Kayt Spano, Carol Bond and Graeme Orrman
There are 5 Directors positions that these nominations refer to, so that means that 2 more position can be filled if a Member nominations from the floor on the night.
2. Proxy Voting Forms
If you cannot attend the Fencing Victoria Annual General Meeting, you can appoint a proxy, IN WRITING, using the proxy voting form on the FV website.
These forms must be received by the Communications Director (digital@fencingvictoria.org) or be received at the Fencing Victoria Office, PO Box 958, North Melbourne, Victoria, 3051, no later than 7.00pm on the 19th April 2020 - please note that on a Sunday the State Fencing Centre/Nth Melb. Recreation Centre closes at 6:00pm.
Proxy Voting Forms can be emailed to digital@fencingvictoria.org.
3. Voting
Elections are covered by the Fencing Victoria Rules of Incorporation.

Individual Members (entitled to vote, as per Rule 15.2) are:
- Full Junior Affiliated Members
- Full Senior Affiliated Members
- Coach Affiliated Members
- Associate Members (now entitled to vote, due to vote made at 2018 AGM, allowing all members of Fencing Victoria to vote for the coming year - 2020.) -Club/School Affiliated Members
*Note that a nomination for election for candidate must be made by two individual members (i.e. Fully Affiliated Members, not Associate Members). Candidates themselves may be an associate or individual member.
Proxy votes must comply with The Fencing Victoria Rules of Incorporation - Section 35
All members wishing to vote either in person or by Proxy (including members holding Proxies on behalf of other members) MUST be Affiliated with Fencing Victoria for 2020.
All minors must have their Proxy votes signed by a parent/guardian. As a minor has no legal capacity, Junior members under the age of 18 may not exercise their voting rights, except through their legal guardian. Similarly, a proxy may only be provided by the legal guardian of a minor (i.e. the minor has no legal capacity to appoint a proxy). If a minor has completed a proxy form, this will only have effect if it has been also signed by their legal guardian.
