TEAM REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!
Venue: Maryborough Sports and Leisure Centre, 40 Gillies Street, Maryborough VIC 3465
(Please note this tournament will use multiple venues throughout Maryborough)
No Entry Fee will be refunded once the draw preparation has commenced.
All players must be 'under age' as of 31st December, 2021. Age Groups are:
--> Under 12s born 2010 & 2011
--> Under 14s born 2008 & 2009
--> Under 16s born 2006 & 2007
--> Under 18s born 2004 & 2005
--> Under 20s born 2002 & 2003
--> Under 23s born 1999 & 2001
Entry Fee: $395 per team.
This includes door entry into every stadium for all players, coaches & spectators. There are 3 ways to pay the Team Entry Fee:
1). The $395 fee can be paid online with this form, using any Visa or Mastercard credit card, or any Visa or Mastercard debit card.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Please complete the registration form and make payment for your team to be eligible.
Payment will be accepted online via PlayHQ, via cheque or via EFT. Payment must be received via no later than 7 business days after the close of registration.
