Saturday 31st October - Tuesday 3rd November 2015
This is a cruise from your home club to first the Royal Geelong Yacht Club and then QCYC before returning home. It promises to be a fun filled and sociable weekend. If the weather cooperates, it will be even better.
All participating boats will register on-line in advance via TryBooking.
The designated Radio Relay Vessel (RRV) for the event will be ULUWATU. The communicating frequency will be VHF Ch 77. ULUWATU can also be contacted on 0418 171315 (Mal Billings).
Day 1: Saturday 31st October
10:00 hrs: All participating vessels to leave homeports heading for the Royal Geelong Yacht Club (RGYC). On arrival berths will be allocated on the day by RGYC staff. Distance: ~30nm
Social:
A trivia competition will be emailed to participants prior to departure. This is to be filled out in transit (no Googling please). As part of the day’s activities, all vessels will also be asked to submit a copy of their lunch menu and wine list. The most impressive will be commended in a suitable manner. Judging will take place after dinner at RGYC.
17:00 hrs: Drinks in the RGYC bar.
19:00 hrs: Fully catered BBQ at RGYC @ $35.00* per person applies at Soo’s Bar and drinks at bar prices.

Day 2: Sunday 1st November
10:30 hrs: Participating vessels to leave RGYC heading for Queenscliff via Coles Channel.
On arrival at QCYC berthing will be coordinated by members of the fleet. Once tied up securely alongside the wharf, please be prepared to assist arriving boats. Please pay for wharfage on-line via TryBooking. Distance: 24 nm

Day 3: Monday 2nd November
10:00 hrs: Weather permitting, participating vessels to leave QCYC for a yet to be determined destination for a raft up picnic lunch.
15:00 hrs: return to QCYC
Onreturn to QCYC, berthing will be coordinated by members of the fleet. Once tied up securely alongside the wharf, please be prepared to assist arriving boats.
