Our AGM was held on Thursday, 24 September. Long-standing President Phil Nixon, stepped down after 21 years of service to the Board and additional years of involvement in other capacities. Phil was instrumental in securing funding for the expansion of the stadium, having lobbied since the 1990s for 4 more courts. His steady leadership and measured approach saw the club evolve into a CEO-led incorporated association, tripling in membership size over the past decades, while retaining the Tigers’ excellent performance at rep level. It is difficult to find words of gratitude that adequately acknowledge the depth of Phil's contribution to this club (with the support of Rosemary and his family).  Thank you Phil. We wish you equal success in the next chapter of your journey!

The AGM was well-attended by over 40 members. We congratulate and welcome to the position, our new Chairman, former junior and Tigers SBL and Wildcats player Cam Tovey, who has served as finance director on the Board for the past 6 years. Ivan Buzolic holds the Deputy Chair role.  Harry Bregger was elected as a new member, and  Brad Counsel and Fiona Notley were re-elected.  Two Board appointed Members will be elected soon. 

We thank outgoing board members, Jenny Clarke (Board Secretary for many years) and Brad Ramsay, for their service and input in their years on the Board
