Carole Fabian, a long time member of Brunswick Zebras, has recently helped set up a new national organisation called Women in Football, to advocate for greater gender equity in our game. While many more girls and women are playing football, the powerful decision making roles are still dominated by men - think state federation boards, FFAmore
