It takes Mr. Busy just seconds to do something that would take us half an hour. He is always on the go, and expects others to keep up with him. Which, of course, they can't. ...

Be Honest - Give Me One Name

Simple question - all I want to know is who is your greatest sports person?

We all like different sports and have different opinions on great sports people, so speak up and be counted. Is there one person above all that you regard as the best?

One name only, then by all means give us the reason why?

For me, there is only one - Michael Jordan. Dominated the game of basketball and performed at an extraordinary high level nearly every time he went out to play. It didn't matter how many plans to stop him were produced, he simply found a new way to overcome them. He led his team (Chicago) to a dynasty and was (probably still is) known by just about every person on the face of the earth.

I look forward to hearing yours.

The Yapper has spoken!

Still can't go past Michael Jordan. To be the best in such a professional, widely played sport for so long is hard to beat. Either him or Barry Hall

Although I think we'll keep quiet on Barry Halll for another five or six weeks!

Whilst agree that Jordan is a great, and possibly the greatest at this point, I am not sure you can dismiss Tiger. I think when he has finished his career in 30 years with several more titles under his belt he will be the greatest. Close even now!!

The more I watch bball, the more I believe that Wilt was THE man. I have some old games with him and I'd now say it is Wilt THEN Jordan

Longevity is the key - Jordan is the man.
Bradman not far behind in second. Tiger Woods in third.

"I am the greatest...I said that even before i knew i was" Muhammed Ali

Lots to learn from that self-confidence and self belief (or was it arrogance?)

Jordan by a long shot, for team-based sports anyway.

Sorry BR, Bradman played a globally non-competitive sport. Pick the top 10 sports nations in the world, how many could give a stuff about cricket? Bball is a far more competitive sport. Almost every country in the world is trying to get players in the NBA. It's probably more competitive than the EPL, or on par with anyway, and no other player in any of these 2 leagues has had the effect Jordan did.

2nd best = Alby Kidd.
