The ‘best of five’ series will be held at Palm Meadows on the Gold Coast from April 21st -23rd, with the action to get underway on Friday, 21st at 11am.
While the first team to win three games will qualify for the World Championships, all five games of the series will be played in the interests of developing competition between the two nations.
The Australian team will enter the contest as red hot favourites; however they will certainly not underestimate their opponents with qualification for Cuba reliant on the outcome.
The tournament schedule is as follows:
Friday April 21st: Game 1 (7 innings) 11am
Game2 (7 innings) To commence 45min after Gm 1.
Saturday April 22nd: Game 3 (7 innings) 11am
Game 4 (7 innings) To commence 45min after Gm 3.
Sunday April 23rd: Game 5 (9 innings) 11am
