Preseason every Monday & Wednesday Night with our strength and conditioning coach Nathan Honeyman.
6.30 start, but get there earlier for alternate training locations. All under 17's players are welcome & encouraged to join in.
Les Cheesley Oval, off Gordon Street Wodonga, no later than 6:15pm
Sometimes we might be training at Allfit in Albury or the Pool, but you can meet us at the ground and head off by car pool from the Ground. We're averaging 30 at training, so be sure to get down and involved to get the fitness up so we can be more than just competitive next season.

Always bring sneakers and a towel
Make sure you get there so you don't fall behind the group.
Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to ensure you don't get dehydrated !!!
