Melbourne Tigers Girls Basketball Club

Presidents Message

The Melbourne Tigers Girls Basketball Club provides female athletes in the Melbourne Metropolitan area of Victoria a chance to improve their basketball skills while learning teamwork, dedication, and discipline. We seek to take each player's skills to the maximum level possible. Provide each player with the individual and team skills necessary to become a proficient basketball player. Assist each player in developing qualities such as leadership, sportsmanship, positive attitudes and central focus, which will carry them later in life, and help us right now on the basketball floor

Tigers ABL Women set up easy win against Eltham in 1st Quarter

The Tigers were in magnificant form against Eltham. They were unstoppable in the 1st quarter where they set up their 55 point win. The second and third quarters were fairly even but the tigers went on their merry way in the last quarter. Once again most players contributed to the winning margins with the (dare I say it)older players showing their experience in the early stages of the game.
The tigers are back on track.
