Clarece Strudwick performs well at National Youth Championships

Our own Clarece Strudwick, who plays in our SWQ Thunder U15 Girls NPL team in the National Premier Leagues Queensland has just returned from the FFA National Youth Championships held in Coffs Harbour from 7th-12th July.

Clarece was identified during early rounds in the NPL competition, and following a state camp in early April was successfull in being selected in the Qld U15 Girls team.

Following a week long competition against other states at the Nationals, and scoring two goals, Clarece was named the Qld U15 Player of the Tournament. Congratulations Clarece.

Monday - Qld played ACT 2-1 loss; (Goal to Clarece)

Tuesday- Qld played Tasmania - 4-0 win

Wednesday - Qld played NSW Country 1-0 win

Thursday - Qld played NT 7-0 win (Goal to Clarece)

Friday - Qld played WA 3-0 Loss
