Over the course of his five years with the Sapphire Coast AFL, Moore helped to establish a women's grade into the competition whilst also seeing junior numbers grow each season.
Moore noted that he was looking forward to the opportunity in Calgary 'I am looking forward to the chalenge of helping to grow AFL in Calgary and also look to further develop the junior structure of the club. It is going to be a challenge within the schools due to the children having a limited knowledge of Australian Rules Football but a challenge I am really looking forward too'
