In order to better enable Luke to focus on key coaching deliverables, the club is committed to improving the coaching support around him.
To this end we are excited to announce three additional important changes today:
Marcus Buzaglo - Buzz joins us for the 2020 season as senior assistant coach. We are delighted that he is joining us with a wealth of playing and coaching experience:
* 280+ EFL games between 1995-2010
* 2002 East Ringwood premiership player
* East Ringwood Captain & Team of Decade captain
* EFL representative team member and captain
* East Ringwood FC Coach 2014-2019.
Please join us in welcoming Marcus, wife Monique and children Emily and Jack.
Stephen Dinnell - We are super excited to announce that Dinz will take on the important role of Club Development Coach in 2020. Steve’s focus will be to work closely with our new and existing U19 players, our younger development team and senior players and also oversee linkages between senior and junior clubs from an on-field perspective. This is an exciting addition to the coaching program designed to ensure future homegrown progression/succession.
Greg Stafford - In great news for the club, Staf returns as head of strength, conditioning and rehabilitation, after a year off. We look forward to seeing what Greg has planned for the pre-season, which commences on Monday, November 11 2019 (details will be confirmed in due course). Welcome back Greg!
We are also very pleased that Stephen Quon and Jack Job will continue in their roles as Development Team and U19 coaches in 2020. The club was very impressed by both Steve and Jack’s commitment and passion for their roles and we can only see this improving next year.
Look out for further announcements about more additions to our coaching program in the short term.
