SOUTH AFRICAN LIONS come to train with the Whitehorse Pioneers

The South Africa Lions are currently competing in the 2014 International AFL Cup in Melbourne. The International Cup has been held every 3 year since its inception in 2002. This year the event brings together 18 nations with both a mens and womens competition with the grand final match being played as the curtain raiser to the Hawthorn vs Geelong game at the MCG on Saturday the 23rd of August.

Players from the South African team will be joining the Whitehorse Pioneers Football Club for a training session, meal and match selection this Thursday the 14th of August. If anyone is interested in heading down to watch any of the games you can find out all of the information at:
