Umpire Coach & Development Officer

The Role of the AFLNEB Umpire Coach & Development Officer is to Coach and Develop the AFLNEB Umpire Department through the delivery of high-performance coaching techniques and strategies and the planning and delivery of Umpire Development and recruitment programs.

The position will provide the framework for a dynamic environment for Umpiring with a focus on individual and group development, retention and recruitment.

Based predominately in Albury/Wodonga office, the role will be required to work some evening and on weekends during football season from February to September.
