Merry Xmas Everyone...........

Who would have thought we are only a day away from Xmas, 2016 will be all but over and then 2017 will be on us all in a flash.

2016 was another year where Werribee Centrals continued to grow and provide sporting opportunities to the citizens of Wyndham and surrounds. We had close to 900 players take the field in their chosen sport from cricket to football and netball and in all grades.......more

Hoppers Physio Joins Centrals in 2017

With every new season comes new opportunities and I am happy to announce that for 2017 we will have a new physio joining the medical team.
Michael Tricarico from Hoppers Physio will be our partner and sponsor next season. For those who have been around for a while you may remember that Michael was our physio in the halcyon days of the late 90's.

Ed Cachia Leads Centrals Into 2017

Our AGM was held recently and it was fantastic to see so many people in attendance. It is such a positive sign and great recognition of where the club is at.

Marjorie Kathleen Tobin

Its with great sadness we pass on the news that Marjorie Tobin mother of Gary (Past President) Brendan, John and Bill who all played with our club passed away this week.
The Tobins have been a big part of Centrals history over many years and as a club pass on our condolences and thoughts at this sad time to all the immediate children and their extended families.

Colts Into Grand Final

Today we up against Barwon Heads at Drysdale in the Preliminary Final, we knew it was going to be a tight and hard fought game and thats exactly what we got. The first quater was a battle of the backlines with the first goal taking 14 minutes to get on the board, Centrals didnt make the most of the backlines hardwork work when the ball went forward and missed 3 gettable shots on goal and ended...more

Finals are Here Already

Centrals Colts played in their Semi Final today against Geelong West and welcomed some players back from injury, for the first time in a few weeks we got off to a great start playing team football and kicked 6 goals to 2 in the first quarter, which proved to be a match winning lead, the remainder of the game was much closer and we ended up running out 41 point winners.

Centrals Defeat Belmont in the Wet

Centrals Netballers came up against a strong Belmont outfit and the weather and would have been happy with the results except for B Grade considering the conditions and the players missing.
