Skills & Drills with KB

On the back of an amazing weekend in August, Sharks Touch are proud to announce we are bringing coaching super-star, Karley Banks, back to the 'Ville ... and opening the sessions to all Townsville Touch junior players & coaches!!

There isn't much in the game that "Karls" hasn't achieved as a coach; from Country Champs to Vawdon Cup; NTL & Elite 8 to State of Origin, and Trans Tasmans to World Cups! Not only is Karley a former dual international athlete in her own right, and one of the most astute coaches in the game, but she is also highly sought after as a personal skills coach to many of the game's elite player base. Suffice to say, Karley Banks knows here stuff!

Don't miss out on this invaluable opportunity to learn from one of - if not the - best coaches in the world.  Session cost is just $10 per player/coach; and registration is essential.

SESSION TIMINGS:

SATURDAY 24th - Junior skill development
12-14 year olds: 10,00am - 12.00pm
15-16 year olds: 2.00pm - 4.00pm

SUNDAY 25th - Coaching the coaches!

What did some of our coaches say about the last skills weekend with Karley:

“Thanks Karley for a great day. Learned a lot from a lady that has done everything in touch. Very knowledgeable and only too  happy share it with us. Can’t wait for the next one.” ~ Glen Murphy (former NQ Cowboys player; Sharks W2 coach)

“It is very encouraging to me that we have you in our sport sharing your amazing knowledge and experience. I love your independent thinking and passion for the game and coaching.  Keep it up! Everyone out there who loves our game please share Karley's efforts so we can grow our sport in our individual regions.” ~ Alison Twiname (Brothers W2 Coach)

“This was amazing! This woman was made to coach & her generosity in sharing her knowledge is legendary. It was an absolute pleasure learning from you, thanks so much! To other clubs or associations out there with goals to step up and build a legacy I would recommend Karley in a heartbeat.” ~ Cath Friel (Sharks W3 Coach)
