OTLR Wraps Up
This week Jake and the OTLR team wrapped up their third session with us, focusing on health and nutrition and how this can impact different aspects of our lives. Jake’s good friend Justyna provided some great insight into her own story (which was incredible by the way) as well as some great points covering health and nutrition. Even got a few health recepies from her, which was great! Justyna knows a hell of a lot and has been working in the nutrition industry for many years.
Backing up from the two previous sessions, the OTLR program has been absolutely fantastic for all involved. Covering issues from mental health, drugs, alcohol, decision making and many more. But this is just a normal ‘program’, Jake and the team didn’t say this is what to do and this is what you don’t do. It’s all about you, and how much knowledge you can gain from the program by investing in it.
Those involved in the program have gained a hell of a lot, and the feedback has been fantastic. It doesn’t end there for OTLR.
