The club is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Hammond as one of our Under 9 coaches and the re-appointment of Rob Bonaddio and Mark Dell’arciprete as Under 10 and 11 coaches respectively for 2017.
Under 9
Ryan Hammand joins our coaching group in 2017 at the Under 9 level. After playing junior and senior football himself, two years coaching Auskick and a year as assistant coach in 2016, Ryan is ready and looks forward to the challenge of taking on the main role and coaching the Under 9 group. Ryan’s aim in junior football is for all kids to enjoy themselves, feel like they belong and most of all… have fun. Ryan will provide a positive, fun environment for your child to learn and develop their skills.
Under 10
Rob Bonaddio continues at the Hawks coaching at the U10 level in 2017. Rob is passionate about his sport having played football for Oakleigh in his younger days and as a teenager played Rugby for Waverley, representing Victoria on two occasions. He has 3 years coaching experience at Mazenod / St Leonard’s Auskick at all age groups, has been club umpire and has just finished a successful season with the U9 Browns. Rob is all about the participation of the players, working together as a team and building on players self confidence in what will be a fun / safe environment for your child to learn and develop their skills.
Under 11
Mark Dell’arciprete has been reappointed to coach this group at the U11 level. After being assistant coach in 2015, a successful first year as coach in 2016, Mark looks to continue the development of the players as they move from modified rules to U11s. Mark played his junior football for Dandenong Saints and has been coaching Auskick at St Justin’s for 4 years. Mark looks to instill the values of team play and having fun with their football on his players. He looks to build on and develop further the basic skills of football and respect for the game and the people. The players will have another great year under Mark's guidance.
