Pick it Up to run Fitness Bootcamps for Northvale Feb 3, 10 17

On Monday 3, 10 and 17, Personal Trainer Michael Genitsaris of "Pick it up" will be hosting 3 x "Bootcamp" fitness sessions for the Northvale JFC.

These sessions will be free and sponsored by the club.

The whole club is welcome to come and join in on these "Boot camp fitness sessions” but we expect to see all Under 13, 14, 15 and 16 boys and girls. At the end of the fitness sessions we will end with a small footy session. This will help improve the fitness of all teams and will help us at the start off the season with a bang.

Pick it Up is an innovative new fitness business dedicated to improving the health, well-being and quality of life of our community. We hope to see you all there starting Monday Feb 3!

In the interim please click on the link provided and like the "Pick it Up" facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pickitupfitness and if you have any fitness needs they are a great place to start.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
