Complaints and Social Media

Social Media responses are relatively informal. If you seek a formal response, please address your request to the relevant process.
 
If you have a suggestion, concern or complaint, first port of call is your Team Manager or Coach, who may be able to assist and/or pass on your issue(s) to the Committee for action. If you feel you cannot approach your Team Manager or Coach, then submit it in writing to the club secretary.

Using social media (i.e. Club Facebook page) to air frustration or complaint is not writing to the secretary. Rather it is against club social media policy and you will be in breach of the club code of conduct. Should negative comments be made on public or social forum Discriminating, Victimising, and Casting Allegation on the club, its staff or any of its members, it is deemed as bringing the club into disrepute which can result in formal discipline action from the club.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand.
