AFL QLD have been working with Sporting Chance Foundation to provide AFL players from indigenous backgrounds who have done their anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) with an opportunity to get FREE orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation services. The foundation is looking for athletes that meet the following criteria:

- aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander

- aged 15-23

- male or female

- have torn their ACL in the past three months

- do not have private health care or organisational medical coverage
