Papatoetoe AFC Women's Football 2017

Papatoetoe AFC is an inclusive family oriented club that values the diversity of our community and is committed to providing a player and coaching pathway from grassroots to the elite level.

2017 will see us compete in the NRFL Women’s Premier League for the fifth consecutive season, and we are now one of only four Auckland Football Federation based teams in the competition following our 7th place finish last season.

Over the past five years, we have built and developed a stable playing squad supported by a very well-qualified and experienced coaching staff. All key players from last season are returning to play in 2017, and we are looking to strengthen the group further with the addition of some talented and committed players.

As well as offering prospective players a great opportunity to play NRFL Women’s Premier football, we will also be competing in the Auckland City FC U17s National Youth Tournament for the fourth successive year. Any eligible players will be considered for this squad as we look to build upon our 4th place finish last year.

In 2017 Papatoetoe AFC will have four Women’s Teams:
- NRFL Women’s Premiers
- NRFL Women’s Premier Reserves
- U17s National Youth Tournament Team
- AFF Women’s Division 3

Pre-season training for the NRFLW and U17s teams will start on Tuesday 7th February and continue every Tuesday and Friday thereafter.

All interested players and parents are to contact Andrew Kirk to arrange a time to trial:
