FIFA 11+ is a warm-up programme based on preventing injuries and is used by the likes of the All Whites and fellow national teams Germany, Spain and Brazil.

The programme has direct performance benefits for athletes as it produces fitter, faster and more agile players, as well as reducing the risk of all injuries.

It is designed to be delivered by coaches and is easy to learn and implement into existing training sessions.

Having club members accredited in FIFA 11+ is a pivotal step in the New Zealand Football Quality Club Mark (QCM) process and certification can be obtained in as little as two hours.
