Player Pathway Success

Tom Matthews and Jack Wratten came to CAFC from other clubs as juniors, and Darcy Marsh started his footy career at CAFC as a 5-year old. Now, all three young men are accomplished Lions Academy players, CSAFC Colts players, and they took their first steps in to the QFA with a great win over Uni of QLD earlier this month.

The fantastic accomplishments of these quality players just underlines the fact that CAFC provides a great footy pathway from 5 to 50 and beyond. If you get a chance, go and have a look at what your Roy's player might develop in to by taking in a Youth or Senior game. Both the CJAFC and CSAFC fixtures are posted on the website.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.

We would just like to remind everyone that we need to support our club umpires. It would be great if everyone could recognize their efforts at the end of the games.
