GIRLS PLAY TOO - Information Session this Sunday for all female teams

The Hawks are excited to announce that we are looking to field all girls teams in the upcoming 2015 footy season.

If you, or someone you know, might be interested in finding out more, then this is the place you need to be

Date:             Sunday 11 Jan 2015

Address:         Lemeke Road, Taigum

Time:             3pm

Where:           Just in front of the Club House.

This will be a great chance for the Girls to meet their Coach, Danny Clancy, and for us to answer any questions you might have.

If you have daughters, sisters, friends & family who want to give AFL a go this season, we are the team to get involved with!! We are looking for Girls aged between 10 to 15 years for either our U13 or U15 Teams.

Our emphasis will be on creating a friendly atmosphere, where the girls can have fun, make new friends, while also keeping fit and healthy.

By attending our information session, there is no obligation to play. We just really want to have the opportunity to discuss our plans with the girls in the hope they will become keen to play.

If you need any more information, get in touch with Gayle Munkley at g.munkley@bigpond.com, or contact any of the committee members here

If your daughter is keen to play but can’t make it down this Sunday afternoon, please just send Gayle an email so she can keep her informed

As this will be our first ALL Girls Team in a very long time, we need to get the word out to as many AFL girls in the Sandgate area, so share this out where you can!

Many thanks, and go the Hawks!!!
