MOCFC Coaching announcement season 2015

MOCFC is delighted to confirm Heath Black will be the senior coach in season 2015. Heath has a wonderful football background ;

12th pick in the 1996 AFL Draft
AFL Rising Star nominee 1997
192 AFL games with Fremantle and St Kilda 1997-2008
2nd Fremantle Best and Fairest 2000
South Fremantle Premiership player 1997
Senior Premiership Coach HBL, South West Football League Western Australia 2010 (team finished 5thafter home and away)

Heath’s connection with MOCFC goes back 20 years where he debuted as a 16 yo in the Senior team, before going onto bigger things, then returning in 2013 to help the club return to Premier B Section in the VAFA. Heath also was a key member of the MOCFC junior club during a golden era that produced numerous future MOCFC champions.

Outside of football, Heath runs his own business (Black Ash solutions) which provides services to Corporates, Sporting Bodies (AFL and Cricket Australia) and individuals focusing on mental wellbeing. Heath is married to Asha and has three children (Chayce, Cayden, and newly arrived Zara Shay). Chayce attends Mazenod College and both boys play for MOCFC affiliate club Waverley Park Hawks (Heath is coach of the u14 team).
