Season 2013 Pre-Season details announced

SEASON 2013- COMMITTED OR INVOLVED

The Club is very excited about the opportunities that exists for season 2013! Wanting to build on the success of 2012 and all 4 teams reaching the finals, we want to go one better and get the ultimate success. The season has not stopped off field and we have moved into our new rooms with the Richmond CC. The committee have been working hard and are pleased to announce that Heath Black will take charge of our Leadership and Development Program. With Heath’s AFL experience and current work he will be able to spend time working with our younger players as well facilitate our goal setting and actions for next season.

The Club welcomes back Mick Johnson from the Casey Scorpions after a few years away developing his football.

The Club also would like to welcome back past President Gerard Noone as our new U/19 Coach! Gerard will be supported by club legends Peter Riley and John Cincotta. The U/19’s have 4 sessions coming up before Christmas and details of dates will be released soon.

The seasons preparations will start up soon, and here are a few dates to put in the Calender. All new and past players welcome to come down and join in!

 PRE XMAS DATES

Monday November 12th – U/19 2012 Season Reunion at Mazenod College @ 6.30pm

Monday November 19th – Pre-season Session 1 @ Mazenod 6pm.

Wednesday November 21st – Pre-season Session 2 @ Mazenod 6pm.

Monday November 26th – Leadership and Development Session 1 @ Mazenod 6pm. Very important all players attend!

Nov 28th, Dec 3rd, Dec 5th, Dec 10th, Dec 12th, Dec 17th

 December 19th – Pre Season Session 10 @ Mazenod College 6pm followed by a BBQ.

 2013 Dates

January 30th – Wednesday Pre Season begins @ Mazenod 6pm

February 1st – Friday Pre Season  Session @ Mazenod 6pm

Every Monday/Wednesday/Friday until long weekend in March.

 Practice Matches

March 16th vs Whitefriars

March 23rd vs Old Brighton

April 6th vs Ajax

April 13th – Round 1 VAFA
