ST MARYS COMMITTEE MEMBERS 2015/16

STEVE LUDWIG - PRESIDENT

Steve spent approximately 30 years in private industry, predominantly in the mining and exploration sectors both in Australia and abroad where he held senior management roles. He has recently left the mining industry to pursue private business interests here in Darwin. Born and raised in Darwin, he is passionate about St Marys.

PETER MACFARLANE - VICE PRESIDENT

Peter is a playing life member of St Mary's, and has been club captain for the last seven years. Peter is also involved in the running of the successful St Mary's Auskick program, and is also a member of the club’s Social Club Sub-Committee and Sponsorship Sub-Committee. Overall, Peter has been involved with the club for 11 years, and is extremely grateful for the chance to be a part of the committee and to give back to the Club.

DEB ANSTESS-VALLEJO- SECRETARY

Deb currently works for the NT Department of the Chief Minister as a Director in the Aboriginal Land Strategic Policy unit. Prior to this she has spent the last 5 years working for the NT Department of Education in senior management roles and before that in the SA Department of Treasury and Finance and the NT Department of Treasury and Finance for 5 years. She has a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning. She has also holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Governance. Deb is married to St Marys Life Member Iggy Vallejo and is a very proud mother of 2 – Cruz and Lois Vallejo.

CRAIG POLLOCK - TREASURER

Craig has been involved with the St Marys for 14yrs + taking on many volunteer roles such as timekeeper, manager, and currently the club treasurer.

KASEY BRUNT - CLUB DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Kasey comes to St Marys with a background in media/communications, commencing her career as a journalist for News Corporation, before moving on to hold various high-level media management roles both in Darwin and interstate. With a strong family background across all sectors of football, Kasey is passionate about helping St Marys continue to develop and grow.

JOHN KENNEDY - COMMITTEE MEMBER

John has been with the club for 25 years + as Time Keeper for Premier League and a Committee member for many years.

RUSSELL SARTORI - COMMITTEE MEMBER

Russell is in his third year as a committee member at St Marys. With close to 40 years involvement in football and football administration, Russell also operates as the Premier League Team Manager. Russell is also the club’s photographer, and is involved in the successful running of the St Marys Bingo.

TERRI ANSTESS - COMMITTEE MEMBER

Terri is wife to Life Member John Anstess. With a strong background in banking and financial services, Terri is currently taking time off to be at home with her four children - Aidan, Grace, Jack and Indi. Terri is a keen St Marys club member wanting to make a difference.

BARBARA ILETT - COMMITTEE MEMBER

Barbara is a local Territorian with accounting qualifications and has been involved with the St Mary’s football club for a number of years. Barbara is married to St Mary’s Life Member Jarred Ilett and they have two beautiful children, Jayden and Kayla. She is a keen sportswoman having grown up playing basketball and netball and more recently Australian rules for St Mary’s.

JUSTIN JUSTIN - COMMITTEE MEMBER

Justin joins St Marys from Victoria where he had extensive football administration experience, as well as Senior and Junior coaching experience. Justin has played in four Senior premierships and has played close to 250 senior games. Justin has a Masters in Business and Administration, Bachelor of Business, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently the Assistant Chief Fire Officer of the Northern Territory Fire Service.
