ALL MEMBERS & other club affiliates are strongly encouraged to attend so please pass this on to other members in case the club contact information has not been updated.


Any nominations for committee positions are to be forwarded to the Club Secretary at least 7 days prior to the annual meeting on the committee nomination form. Nomination forms can be obtained from the President, Vice Presidents, and Secretary or on the club website. Nominations may be accepted at the meeting if vacancies are available.
