Robbins, Muller to run out for Western Area

Orange young guns Jarrod Robbins (Orange High) and Harrison Muller (Canobolas) will line up for Western Area against North West in the Open Division of the Greater Western rugby league trials being played at Gilgandra today.

The two will be joined by Western Rams and Wellington High centre Brent Naden, hooker Alex Bonham (Dubbo College) and utility back Swade Dunn (Dubbo College) in the 15-man squad coached Blayney High’s Tony Tilburg.

Tilburg said Muller has impressed in the trials on and off the field.

“Harry played this year’s SG Ball competition in Sydney with the Easts Roosters but was still keen to push for his selection in the Western team,” the coach said.

Three Orange boys, Stephen Khattar (Canobolas), Ryan Hamling (Orange High) and Hayd’n Baragry (Orange High), and two Blayney products, Ben Robinson and Michael Haycox, are in the under 15s side.
