JOONDALUP & DISTRICTS RUGBY LEAGUE CLUB 2013 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Joondalup Giants RLC are inviting all players, coaching staff, partners, supporters, and sponsors to the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 17th November 2013 at the Joondalup Arena's JSC Clubrooms from 3pm.
All committee positions will be declared vacant and up for nomination, so please come along and help elect the new committee that will lead your club through the 2014 season.
To make the day run smoother and quicker, we are calling for all executive committee nominations to be submitted prior to Sunday 10th November 2013. These positions are: Club President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Seniors Registrar, Juniors President, and Juniors Vice-President.
The club will also need a general committee and a dedicated Juniors committee, for which people can nominate themselves for prior to and on the day of the AGM. These are all important positions, and the more dedicated people we have in these roles, the less work each individual would need to do.

In addition to deciding the 2014 committee, the Joondalup Giants RLC are also seeking to amend section 5.1 of the club constitution, so will call for a vote at the AGM.
