U14 & U16 boys: Fitness and Strength Training sessions

Footy boots NOT required

Pre-Fitness training sessions are being run for anyone interested in playing for U14 & U16 teams this season.

Rhyan Priestley (Rafe’s Dad) & Paul Gay (U16 Head Coach) will be running the pre-season fitness and strength sessions on Wednesday (4.30-6.00) afternoons and Saturday mornings (7.00-8.30) until the official AFL season kicks off.

Experience not necessary, if you are thinking about joining us we will make you feel welcome and have fun too.

This is highly recommended so that we start to get all players to a level of fitness that is required to play footy (and off the couch).

Runners only, no footy boots required.
